Paragon is a site that entertains its customers across the globe. We have customers worldwide and in return for their trust in our website, we provide them worldwide free shipping on every order. We do not have any specific condition regarding the facility of free shipping and regardless of any condition about price and number of orders we ship free on every order, globally. 

Definitely, we deliver for free across the world but there are some charges which are called the import duties and taxes which vary from country to country. For that we have discussed some points briefly here, kindly read them out. 

Duties and Taxes on imported items

Different countries have their different duties and taxes amount which they impose on imported items. We at paragon jackets provide free delivery to our respected customers across the world but we are not liable to pay any import tax of your country on the product you have shipped. All our orders are delivered on the basis of DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Which state that the customer is entitled to pay any extra charges on the product like import duties and customs charges. 

There is a bonus for all our United States buyers that they do not have to pay any duties and taxes. And for all those customers as well who live in the duty-free countries. Yes, there are also some countries exist that are duty-free and they do not have any taxes on imported items. So all the customers resident there are lucky that they receive completely free shipping and just pay the amount of the product. 

For avoiding any discomfort, kindly check your country’s import taxes list before placing the order, and then feel free to order.

How much time does it take to deliver your parcel?

We try our level best to facilitate you with our best services. So we definitely create the best attire for you just the way you want. And it takes the delivery time according to the customization you have done with the product. Usually, we deliver the parcel within 10 to 12 working days, for the products which you have placed the order for without doing any customization or with some minor customization. If the order contains major customization in it then kindly note that it will take a time period of approximately 12 to 15 working days.

Other than this if you want the expedited shipping then you obviously have to pay some extra pennies for that. If you pay for the expedited shipping then your order will be delivered to you within 6 to 7 working days no matter how much customization it contains. We work on business days from Monday to Friday. Also, note that if you place the order after 1 pm then it will be counted in the list of orders placed on the next day. 

How will you keep the track of your product?

When we ship your product from our side the courier company provides us the tracking ID or number which we share with the customer. By searching that you can easily track the location of your product and can get updated. 

Once you get that tracking ID or number we would like you to get in touch with the courier company. If your encounter any difficulty in tracking or maybe you watch that your order has been placed on hold due to any reason, just contact the courier service.

If the courier service delivery boy is reaching soon to your destination and you are not home. Then please guide him about your unavailability on time. Otherwise, if he will face multiple failures then they have the authority to discard your parcel and we will not be responsible for that. 

To avoid any inconvenience you are highly requested to please follow the instructions and after receiving the tracking ID/number kindly get in touch with the courier service company. 

Which company’s courier services do we take?

We use the courier services of worldwide trusted companies like DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Sky-net. Because we make your product with extra care so we do not want anyone to destroy it in any sense. That’s why we take the services of world’s well-known companies which will deliver your parcel with exact care to your doorstep. 

To avoid any inconvenience and because of security concerns, we do not use the facilities of the APO, FPO, or PO box services to deliver your parcel. 

What if we get a damaged or inaccurate parcel?

We always make sure to deliver the best quality and accurate parcel to our customers across the globe. But in case, once in a blue moon you face a situation in which you have got a wrong shipment or a damaged shipment, then you can get that exchanged or return it if you do not want it, by following our return, refund, and exchange policy. Our policy for return, refund, and exchange is valid for 30 days. If you want to avail that then please get in touch with our customer care department as soon as possible in the given time limit of 30 days. Because after passing this limit of time we will not be able to address any of your issues. 

But while planning to avail the facility of the policy please read our policy first and note some basic fundamentals that you are not allowed to wash the product, remove its tag, altered it, or misuse it. If you have done anything in these mentioned points then your product will not get exchanged, returned, or refunded. 

For which reasons do the shipments get delayed?

We always strive to dispatch your product in less than the given delivery time. So that you can feel some extra joy of receiving your parcel early. Still, if some issues occur like the listed below ones then you might feel a delay in the delivery of your parcel. 

  • God forbid in the occurrence of any natural disaster like earthquakes, floods, severe storms, or anything else then your parcel will deliver late.
  • If the courier company face any operational issue then also your parcel might get late. 
  • If we have any public holidays like Easter, Christmas, or something else then your delivery will face a delay.
  • If you made any amendments then it will definitely get late.
  • When you enter the wrong address or you have entered the wrong information in the form then you will face a delay. 
  • As you know that we do not compromise on our quality so if in the case which does not happen usually, your parcel got rejected by the quality check department, then we will make an absolutely new one for you.
  • In the condition, if your parcel faces the custom hold then it will get late. 
  • In last due to any unexpected certainties like covid-19 or maybe some others, the order will face a delay. 

What basic points you should keep in mind while placing the order?

When you shop online there are some really basic fundamentals that you should really keep in mind while ordering. 

  • While placing the order you must check the entered information twice before pressing the next, as it will help you to keep yourself away from any inconvenience. 
  • If you order two products, one of them is customized and the other one is not then maybe we will deliver the non-customized one before the customized item. As it takes a bit longer.
  • Once we have dispatched the product and then if you want to change the address then sorry but we will not be able to change that after the dispatch. 
  • Kindly note that for the remote areas there are some extra charges which the customers there are liable to pay. We charge approximately $25 to ship there.
