Payment Policy

What payment methods do we acknowledge?

Paragon acknowledges all the internationally trusted and well-known payment methods. We accept payments through Mastercard, Visa Card,  and American Express. Well, in some regions we also accept payments through Google Pay and Apple Pay. Other than that almost all your debit and credit cards are accepted. 

Which payment methods we do not acknowledge and why?

Because of the security concerns of our customers and teammates as well, we do not accept payments through the ways of E-cheque and COD (Cash On Delivery). 

Secure transaction: 

All the transactions which you do with our company are totally safe and secure. We have implemented the (SSL) Secure Server Layer in our servers which keeps your transactions and passwords and pins encrypted and secure. No one can have access to any of your private information.

Payment transaction partners:

We are proud to announce that our payment transaction partners are PayPal and Stripe (in some regions).

When do I have to pay for the order?

As you know that Paragon is an online marketplace from where you shop your favorite attires. We do not entertain any offline services that’s why when you place the order just then when you reach checkout you have to pay for the product.

What if I get charged twice for the same product?

Sometimes some technical issues occur and the buyer pays twice accidentally for the same product. So in that case or in any other case if you have paid the amount twice then according to our policy we will return your amount back. It will take approximately 2 to 5 banking days. To get facilitated by this policy, all you have to do is to address the issue properly and get in touch with our customer care department. 

Will I get any confirmation email of the order?

Yes of course, when someone places the order and it gets confirmed the buyer always receives a confirmation email from our side. The email notifies the customer about their successful placement of order.
